Renting
Arboretum Kalmthout is an excellent location for welcoming guests to a celebration or reception. During the day and in the evening the garden and buildings make a magnificent setting. Whether it is a wedding reception, a reunion, an anniversary or a product presentation, there is an appropriate suggestion for each occasion. Concerts and theatre performances are possible too!
Inspection of the rooms and facilities is by prior appointment only.
Green environment, historical buildings
Each of the function rooms in the Vangeertenhof and the Balkenzaal (Beam room) has its own particular ambiance and character. The interior design and infrastructure is fully attuned to this. These rooms can also function independently of Arboretum Kalmthout as they have a separate entrance.
There are further possibilities such as the Gallery, the cafeteria, the open air theatre, the Gloriette or part of the garden. These locations are not always available as they are often in use for the daily operations of Arboretum Kalmthout.
A complete package
If required we can put together a complete package. We arrange everything: from receptions or dinners, children's treasure hunts and tours of the arboretum garden to plant decorations and flower arrangements from the garden for the tables.
In the evening, an exclusive evening walk as the sun is setting is certainly an unforgettable experience.
